1- (Store) refers to all forms of the store on the internet, whether it is an electronic application, a website, or a physical retail store.
2- (Consumer) refers to the person engaged in e-commerce seeking to purchase products or services provided by the store through its online platform.
3- (Agreement) refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern the relationship between the parties.
1- The consumer acknowledges that they have the full legal capacity to engage with the store or that they are at least 18 years old.
2- The consumer agrees that in case of violation of this article, they bear full legal responsibility before third parties.
1- The store's obligation towards consumers is to provide (services or products).
2- The store may provide additional services such as after-sales support or related services, depending on the nature of the service or product requested by the consumer.
1- The consumer must use the store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.
2- The consumer agrees not to use any purchased service or product in a manner that violates public morals or the applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.
Upon requesting membership in the store, the user agrees to disclose specific information and select a username and a secret password for accessing the store’s services. By doing so, the user agrees to:
1- Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password and immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use of their account or any security breach.
2- The store will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the disclosure of the consumer’s account details or password.
3- The consumer is fully responsible for their account or membership and, if another person uses it, it is presumed that the consumer has authorized them to use the store on their behalf.
4- The consumer agrees to use the store seriously and truthfully.
5- The consumer must provide truthful, accurate, updated, complete, and legal information during registration and must update their details if there are any changes.
6- The store is committed to handling your personal information and contact details with strict confidentiality.
7- If it is found that the consumer provided false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or illegal information or violated this agreement, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel the consumer’s membership or account without affecting its other rights.
8- If the consumer fails to comply with any of the above conditions, the store management has the right to suspend, cancel, or block their access to the store’s services.
1- The parties to this agreement agree that communication will be conducted via the registered email in the platform.
2- The consumer agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically shall be considered legally equivalent to written documents.
3- The consumer agrees to receive notifications regarding this agreement or their transactions through general messages broadcasted by the store to all users or to specific users.
1- If any article or clause in this agreement is canceled or becomes invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
2- This agreement, which is subject to amendments from time to time, establishes the terms of engagement between the consumer and the store.
3- The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on promotions, products, services they request, or any government-imposed fees or taxes on the nature of the product or service.
4- The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or deduct any fees or expenses according to the terms of this agreement.
1- The store provides payment and settlement systems through its partners, allowing payments to be made entirely online through available payment options or other methods offered by the store from time to time.
2- The store is committed to setting the price of its services or products according to the commonly accepted market value.
3- The store is obligated to provide invoices, receipts, and statements for all amounts and earnings generated and must issue a purchase receipt for consumers.
4- The store is committed to maintaining recognized accounting standards in its electronic store for legal, economic, commercial, and regulatory benefits.
1- The store owns all intellectual property rights associated with its platform, whether before or after its establishment.
2- Consumers must respect the intellectual property rights of the store, including its name, logos, symbols, and any other proprietary elements displayed on the platform.
1- The store is committed to conducting its business legally through its electronic platform, in accordance with Saudi regulations and this agreement.
2- The store is not responsible for claims arising from errors or negligence, whether direct, indirect, incidental, caused by the consumer, or by third parties such as shipping companies.
3- Evan Perfumes Store, its employees, owners, and representatives ensure that the (product or service) is legitimate, licensed, and compliant with Saudi laws.
The store reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or restrict the consumer’s membership or access to the platform at any time, without prior notice or justification.
This agreement is governed by and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in Saudi Arabia and is subject entirely to the authorities of Saudi Arabia.
1- If any clause or article of this agreement is canceled or becomes invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions, which shall remain in effect until further notice.
2- This agreement, subject to amendments when necessary, constitutes the official agreement governing the relationship between the store and the consumer.
3- The Arabic language is the official language used for interpreting this agreement, even if translated into other languages.
4- All prices listed for products or services in the store are subject to change from time to time.
5- Promotional or marketing offers provided by the store are temporary and may be modified or terminated at any time.
6- The parties to this agreement must conduct their transactions in accordance with Islamic principles, applicable regulations, and relevant laws governing transactions between the store and the consumer.
7- This agreement shall not be canceled except by an official decision issued by the store management.
