Without prejudice to contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange a product received from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. After this period, the consumer loses the right to exchange the product.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and without any benefit taken from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to verify its condition. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange. For international exchanges, the consumer must bear the full shipping costs, including delivering the product to the shipping company. In the case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
Cases Where Exchange is Not Allowed:
If the product was custom-made at the consumer’s request or according to specific specifications, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
If the product consists of video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that have been used.
If the product includes newspapers, magazines, publications, or books, or any other literary works.
If the product has defects caused by consumer misuse.
If the contract involves accommodation, transport, or food services.
If the contract involves the purchase of software downloads via the internet.
Return Policy:
