Evan Golden Warranty PolicyAt Evan, we guarantee you the opportunity to return or exchange the product if you do not achieve the desired results.


Terms & Conditions of the Golden Warranty:

• The warranty applies only to purchases made through Evan's official website and is valid only for orders within Saudi Arabia.

Returns or exchanges are not available for orders outside Saudi Arabia. However, in case of any defect or error in the product, the customer will be compensated.

• The customer must use the product sample before opening or using the main product. The main product must remain unopened and sealed in its original packaging.

Bundles and promotional packages are not covered by the Golden Warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• The original product box must be retained and included when returning the product to the designated shipping company.

• The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order from the shipping company.

• Once the returned products are received by the shipping company, they will be inspected within a maximum of 2 business days, and the customer will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of the return request based on the product’s condition.


If the Return or Exchange Request is Approved:

  1. For Returns: The refund will be processed within 7 to 12 business days.
  2. For Exchanges: The replacement order will be shipped via the designated shipping company within 24 hours.

• A shipping fee of 49 will be deducted from the total invoice for returns or exchanges (outside Riyadh).

• A shipping fee of 39 will be deducted from the total invoice for returns or exchanges (within Riyadh).
